Spares

As most of you know, the majority of 1950s and 1960s small-run production cars were often based on the mechanical components from the major car makers of the time. Let’s face it, this was the only financially viable option. Thankfully, Peerless and Warwick cars utilise many of the Standard Triumph (TR range) of components and there’s very few of those that can’t be bought freely today. TR Spares are available from many suppliers and a simple web search will reveal a healthy list.

Sadly, a major issue is the quality, with many ‘rubber parts’ in particular being nigh on useless, use the Forum for advice. The Peerless and Warwick Register tries very hard to fill in the gaps and find sources for the non-TR components, the list below has taken a huge effort to assemble and we thank all those that have worked so very hard to keep our cars on the road (especially your registrar, Nigel Cluley!).

Here’s a summary of components now available, some of these are produced by the Register, some by small, British manufactures and also individual club members. Pricing and availability are always changing so contact the Registrar for up to date information by filling out the form here.

Please bear in mind that the list of parts below are all small demand items and not always in stock or have a waiting list due to batch requirements. Some items will require proof of car ownership before we can allow the sale to go through.

Other “hard to find” items are being assessed as to the viability of the club producing, or left to the individual to take on board. If you have the skills or contacts to help in this area or have a component that you need and think others would benefit from, please do get in touch via the contact form.
